Got two Boston Butts in the GOSM, well-seasoned guava wood, 250 F, will stay in the smoker for about 10-12 hours. Then pulled with a splash of Danny’s Glaze, some additional spices and herb rub, and then sammy’s, soups, carnitas, beans and egg and pork breakfast tacos for the next month or so.
